Heat the oven to 450F
sautee the onion until tender
add the ground beef and cook thoroughly, turn off the heat
add the soup and milk. Add just enough mile to loosen up the soup. add more milk if needed.
Add in frozen peas and corn. You can use any frozen veggies here.
Pout into casserole dish and top with cheese. (You can omit this step, I do)
Top with Tater tots.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the tater tots are brown and crispy and filling is bubbling.
let cool for a few minutes.
