Choclate Ganache
  1. CHOCOLATE GANACHE
  2. 12 ounces (about 1 1/2 cups) chopped bittersweet chocolate
  3. 1 cup heavy cream
  1. Place chocolate in a medium heat-safe bowl.
  2. Heat cream in a small saucepan until hot (do not boil). Pour cream over chocolate and stir until chocolate melts.
  3. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
